   Thanks Paul,

   Many years ago an Artist friend advised,

   ‘The best pathway to a good painting is to have a friend who is a good photographer, not to copy their photo, but their inspiration’.

   I am lucky to have 2 good photographer friends, my wife Jean, and Paul Goldfinger.

   Hi Jack. I love your snowy day painting. It’s about snow, but it has a real down-home warmth to it. Also,the color selections are beautiful and provocative, especially in the sky. This imaginative creativity is something that is almost impossible to do with photography.
