This morning a big bulldozer, lights blazing, woke me up at 6:43 am, and to make sure I did not go back to sleep, came back turning at Pilgrim Pathway heading (the wrong way) for Main Ave. ENOUGH ALREADY!!! 8:45 am Steve Mandeville says, “I have never seen snow like that before.” He says that it is so cold out that the snow blows right back after it is shoveled.

12:24 pm— From Moe Demby, BF reporter: “Ocean Grove roads are passable, but still snow covered–drive with caution; Outer roads (eg Rt 66 and 33) are clear with the occasional patch of snow; greater concern is snow melt which is making these roads wet—risk of freezing and black ice. Major roads (GSP and NJTPK) are impressively clear and dry.”
