   You know that this picture was not taken in Ocean Grove since there is an unstolen bicycle leaning against the post.

   Makes me wonder what law enforcement/OG are going to do this year different than last year to prevent so many bicycle thefts. Hopefully their strategy isn’t another season of “suck it up” or “don’t be foolish and leave your bicycle hidden behind your house locked with only a chain.”
