Jack Bredin has been a fine art painter for years. His oils are meticulously done, and if you were to watch him at work you would find an artist completing his pieces in stages with incredible attention to detail. Sometimes it takes months to complete a work.
In recent years his studio has been in his Ocean Grove home which conveniently is a duplex. Jack used to be represented by an A. Park gallery, but now he can walk to Pilgrim Pathway to supervise his exhibit in the Grove.
Jack’s work currently being shown spans many years. It might be called a retrospective, except that Jack continues to paint and create new ways of seeing his world. But his fundamentals, style and point of view, are constant, and as time goes by, Jack never loses sight of his own world.
Terry Howell, Jack’s new representative, has owned his OG gallery for many years, and he is thrilled to have Jack back. Eileen and I stopped by on Sunday. Terry is a gracious host for visitors and he has great respect for the artists who exhibit there.
In addition to the gallery, Terry offers custom framing and interior designs. He is a Blogfinger regular so he is aware of our history of showing Jack’s latest pieces.

Not only are Jack’s paintings wonderful and captures the true atmosphere that Ocean Grove exudes, but your title would make a great name for a gallery.
