Tony Pagano, chef and owner of Uva Italian restaurant in Bradley Beach, helps Eileen make pasta in our OG kitchen.

Some years ago we asked chef Tony Pagano to cater a party in our Ocean Grove home. But Eileen decided that she would make the pasta herself.
So the night came, and Tony showed up himself with his delicious cooking. Some of you may recall Pagano’s wonderful family restaurant when it was on the ocean-front in Bradley Beach. Now he is on Main Street in BB and he has been there for many years.
Anyhow, she had trouble completing the job for so many people. So Tony came to the rescue and helped her take it to the finish line.
So we will go to Uva for my birthday next week.
