9 am: A religious service with guitar music was going on near the boardwalk pavilion.  People were asking questions of the set-up crew.  I heard a few:  Why can’t we sit on the benches?   Can we go on the beach?  A CMA worker told two young men to go to Bradley Beach. Will there be a service in the Pavilion this morning?  Are there any germs on the benches?
