Flavonoids and “good fats” are found in chocolate, especially the dark variety (which, in small doses, is also good with another heart-healthy food—red wine).
But watch out–chocolate is fattening and is not good in a Milky Way or chocolate cake. No one knows what a healthy dose is, but the Cleveland Clinic says one ounce would be good. Can you eat only one ounce of chocolate?
