A mis-step in the Coaster, and a contentious Ocean Grove issue bubbles to the surface.

This 2015 article is very detailed about the history of the NERP. It fills in facts that are not presented in our current NERP 2018 piece.

More than detailed with facts, the back reference indicates another three-year delay in creating some “appropriate” utilization of the North End.

Neptune Township appears to be consistent with its lack of mishandling, transparency, and realistic input from its “cash-cow” taxpayers in Ocean Grove.

And the Camp Meeting Association is also consistent in settling for the bucks: inordinately high, increasing ground rentals for whatever may be built.

Speaking of transparency, rumor has it a test was completed for land sustainability. Anyone know more about ?
