If you can get up early, you can enjoy the beachfront while getting exercise on the OG boards. It’s cool, uncrowded and buffeted by wonderful sea breezes. You can see the badge checkers setting up and the cleaning crew sweeping the Pavilion while dancing with their brooms to some tasty rock and roll. Bikes are permitted starting at 3:00 am until 10:00 am every day.
Also there are parking spaces on Ocean Avenue early, so you can drive there and take a walk.

Note that yesterday signs went up on the East side , north end, advising that there is no parking between 6:30-8:00am. Also on the North ends adjacent to the unparkable (except to some) parking lot
