Is it tea time yet? Is that Mrs. Brown’s daughter? Jean Bredin, BF staff photog, joins a “happy clan”of English tourists at Centennial Cottage. 8/19/15 ©
Editor’s Note: Centennial Cottage was built in 1874 in a carpenter’s gothic style. It is maintained as a museum by the Historical Society of Ocean Grove and is open to the public in the summer; and they have free guided tours. A Victorian garden adjoins the cottage which is at Central Avenue and McClintock Street. (It was moved to the current location from Cookman Avenue in 1969.)
