Wearing  snow and rain gear attire

walked dogs at 10 am windy raining and chilly

not many people around but lots of trash cans and covers strewn in the streets….

several stores were closed that are usually open..

Pathway market has big sign in door window ” Hot Chicken Noodle Soup”
