You will know the ordinance is being enforced when you see vehicles parked on the wrong side being towed so the plows can do their job.
The reverse info robocalls have started – no parking on the north or west side of the street, unless otherwise marked, so the snow plows can get through when sent out.
And a good piece of advice on TV: if your exhaust from your furnace is at ground level (not through your roof), make sure to keep it clear of snow to prevent carbon monoxide backup into the house.

Interesting – “removal of snow and ice” ordinance. I wonder if this has EVER been enforced. Someone needs to share the rules with all of the “summer people” who just leave town and forget they have obligations here.
