Bill Joel performed at that concert, including this number “Miami 2012—Seen the Lights Go Out on Broadway.”  It was first released in 1975 in the album “Turnstiles.”   Billy has performed this song for other relief concerts such at the one after 9-11.    This time he modified the words to reflect the hurricane horror.   —PG
