When we were organizing the recent town-wide yard sale, we found out that Neptune Township had ordinances against posting yard sale signs or fliers anywhere in town.  You couldn’t stick them on telephone polls, houses or even in the ground.  That led to some humorous speculation as to how Grovers could publicize their sales.  So we asked our talented cartoonist Sue to come up with something for the occasion, and this is the result.  Sue is a natural, and we really appreciate her willingness to tackle any off-the-wall ideas that we send her way.     Paul Goldfinger, editor  @Blogfinger
