On the night of October 28, 2018, it was bleak outside with rain and wind, but it was perfect for the pre-Halloween gathering of the Ocean Grove witches coven. Miss Jeanie, herself a card carrying witch, attended the Heck Avenue meeting—it is an event where much frightening activities prevail such as howling at the moon, casting spells, drinking evil booze and posing for dark photographs. The latter is always an uncertain phenomenon since sometimes the images come up blank.
Missie Jeanie Bredin was with the coven when those blackbirds decided to fly over to Firemen’s Park and try to stuff the gazebo with witches. How many made it?

We saw no fumes or evil smoke even though these witches are hot! We asked them to look grotesque, but this coven can’t help having fun. It does look like they are howling at the moon for more wine that flows. This was quite a night! Only in America.
