The White Ibis has a red beak and red legs. They are to Florida what pigeons are to Ocean Grove. You see them in little flocks pecking away on grassy areas. They are very busy birds, continuously with their heads down, probing and nodding. They don’t seem to mind cars, bikes or people coming by, but if you get too close, they will get the flock out of there. Their curved peaks are good for foraging in the mud, but in the grass, they are seeking bugs.
