NorthJersey.com: “Nonessential construction sites must close down by Friday, Murphy says. The construction ban comes about two weeks after New York imposed one.
“As in New York, there are exceptions in New Jersey. They include construction at hospitals and schools; in transportation and public utilities; on affordable housing; housing sites that can keep to strict limits on the number of workers on site; and ‘other limited instances,’ Murphy said.”
