Just wondering: What about the “change” at Mary’s Place?

“Very confused by the obvious change in building plans for Mary’s Place in Ocean Grove. The advertised and approved proposed plan was for a two and1/2 story building, but how did it become three and 1/2 stories. Is there public information as to how and when was this change was made? ”
Editor’s note: Nydia—this is the picture which we have in our files. Note that the Mary’s Place website, current edition, has a picture which looks just like this picture. It also says that the job will be completed by the end of this year. —Paul @Blogfinger
