   I recall that in 2013, it was decided not to complete the boardwalk at the North End and to use asphalt instead. The paved area was to extend from Seaview to the Casino. (Asbury property). I believe this was done to provide construction flexibility for the boardwalk when the final North End hotel elevations would be known.

   Obviously that ugly section of “boards” should have been done after all since the hoped for North End Plan never got started. (so far).

   And what will Asbury eventually do with its portion of the boards from the Casino south to the OG property line?

   At least it’s not the deteriorating boards like what’s in AP. The AP boardwalk is atrocious!
