All parking restrictions were lifted two days ago. If you have a legal space on the empty side of the street, go ahead and use it.
No one may save a space with a cone or anything else. If you see a cone or pail, etc occupying a legal parking space, you can remove the obstruction. No need to call the NTPD. Parking in hatched areas is illegal again.
The DPW will continue the use of heavy equipment to remove mountains of snow. They take it away and dump it. How long will that process last? Call DPW if you have questions about the clean-up.
