We met this lovely out-of-town duo enjoying a Monday afternoon visit to the Grove as they strolled the August OG boards. They are a mother-daughter pair, from Lakewood, but the challenge is to guess which is which.
And they are too marvelous for words.
The song was written in 1937 with lyrics by the great Johnny Mercer. So many big stars covered this song including Nat King Cole.
