I posted a brief piece on Dec 16, that the NJDEP ruling about the beach closing controversy should soon be due.
As promised, the NJDEP came out with their final ruling on 12/26/25; that the OG beaches must be kept open on Sunday mornings.
The ruling was lengthy encompassing about 50 pages. It had been posted on Facebook along with a brief resurrected introductory appearance by Neptune United.
The rulings are such that a law degree would be helpful to plow through it.
We have no information regarding a CMA response. They can appeal to NJ courts
The link below dates back to February, 2025.

I was expecting the DEP ruling around now, so, although I rarely look at Facebook, I was looking there for any early indication that the DEP had ruled. And on 12/26 I stumbled upon the ruling on Facebook which evidently had been posted in its entirety by Neptune United. (They signed off on it.)
But when I tried to find it again to post it in its entirety, I could not. Paul Goldfinger, Editor Blogfinger.
Resurrected appearance of Neptune United? Source pls? They don’t exist as a group anymore.
