Eileen goes to a restaurant. Paul waits for her to order.

We don’t eat out much.  Eileen loves to cook and she is quite creative in that activity. As you may know she created 35 heart healthy recipes for our book “Prevention Does Work, A Guide to a Health Heart. ”

If we do go to a restaurant  it is cause for celebration when we find one that we love;  those we review on Blogfinger.   We prefer seafood out as well as at home.

At a place like Gramma Dots, on a marina, we usually get their local  black grouper  sandwich.   At Uva in Bradley Beach she usually gets their shrimp sautéed  with extra virgin olive oil  in a lemon with garlic sauce over pasta..

We also like Klein’s in Belmar,  on the water. Their lobsters are great, and you can sit with views of the party boats  going by.
