Toll Brothers  are  advertising “Waterfront townhomes” in Asbury Park  facing Ocean Grove and Wesley Lake.

It should say “muddy waterfront.”   These homes have “rooftop terraces.”  They are 3 and 4 story homes, and some are available for occupancy now—

Prices start at $1,168,000.
