Frank LaRue TenBroeck is the name of an AP mayor from 1905. He was honored for having the most capital letters in his name. The City has been restoring this fountain for years. Vandals have repeatedly done damage to the memorial.
AP’s governing body just announced a dog run at the park by the library on Grand.
