“Bright and breezy.” Getting to know Jenna, a new Grover…

Jenna Ferris moved to Ocean Grove this past January.  Now she is anticipating summer at the Jersey Shore.  She loves being here and she is anxious to learn about her new town and to get to know some Grovers.  I suggested that she attend  meetings of the OG Community Association.

She was walking alone today at the beach, and in this town it’s easy to meet people given our friendly folks and our porch culture.  She is a bright and breezy young woman, so she won’t have trouble getting to know us.

I also suggested Blogfinger.net to learn about some of the issues which surround us. Just looking at our photographs will give her an idea of “what’s what.”  She came upon the Memorial Day parade on Main Avenue and she enjoyed the Neptune High Marching Fliers.

We have suggested that an evolving demographic of young singles and couples is evident in OG, and that would be the demographic which will also interact with the hopping Asbury Park, within walking distance of the Grove.
