It’s a synagogue. Used to be Beth El, but they changed the name. On Monmouth Road in Oakhurst, just north of the Ocean Twp municipal building.

Synagogue in Ocean Township on Monmouth Road next to the Township municipal building. A new congregation has just bought it.
