   I often ride my bike past the house in the lower picture. I once stopped and asked a neighbor and she assured me it was a “one family” home. A week later, I was riding by and there was a woman, whom I believed to be the Mom, carrying an infant while walking her child out to the bus for summer camp. It was such a normal scene I had to smile. The house is huge but doesn’t appear to have a garage. Perhaps it is just the summer home?

   After consulting the Blogfinger civil engineering and surveying team, we did some further investigative reporting by talking to a couple on the Allenhurst beach, an old timer on the tiny Allenhurst boardwalk, and a worker at the Allenhurst Beach Club, a beautiful place where you would want to pull up a lounge and order a pina colada.

   We found that although the photo was taken from Deal (aiming south) the boundary with Allenhurst occurs, and the interesting architectural features are at the Allenhurst Beach Club which is a few blocks down the beach. So the correct answer is two towns: Deal and Allenhurst

   The contestant who came up with the correct answer is Jeanne Sedlak. She can pick up her prize at Seasons General Store, 69 Main Avenue, Ocean Grove.

   While I was in Deal taking the picture, I looked around near the place where I took the photo. This home was to my left.

   Across the street was this house which is almost completed, or so it seems. It looks like the headquarters of the League of Nations General Assembly.

   It’s closer to the Grove than you think. Forget all that wall stuff………..

   I’m going to throw in Monmouth Beach also because of that WALL as I think it is there too. Always wondered driving up to Sandy Hook what was on the other side of that high structure that prevents seeing the beach/ocean.
