“Answer: When the solution creates more problems than existed originally. The Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association (CMA) opposes the parking restriction program proposed for Ocean Grove.
“The CMA is against resident permits because it discourages visitors, costs residents money, creates inefficiencies, hurts businesses, and burdens law enforcement.
“The CMA vision is for Ocean Grove to be the seaside community which welcomes all generations. The proposed pilot program clashes with our welcoming vision.”
