This property  at 118 Main Avenue, at Delaware Avenue in Ocean Grove, NJ was sold before Christmas for over $1.4 million.  The property is on an oversized lot and has 3 floors. It was built I’m 1925 and has 10 foot ceilings.  It has a two car garage and  space for conducting the funeral business.    It has 4,918 square feet. There are 8 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The OG Memorial Home was a family business.

We have no information regarding the new owner or what use will be made  of the property.

Will this building be a home again?    Actually, there was a time when owners lived upstairs from the business.  Ironically, across the street at Delaware and Main, was a doctor’s office.   It was purchased recently by two Grovers who live nearby.
