It took the Home Groaners two days to tell we-the-people why the Planning Board session regarding the last rites of the North End Plan (9/25/24) fell on its face.
Here is what they said in an email tonight: (9/27/24)
On Wednesday afternoon, OGNED adjourned the hearing on its application before the Neptune Planning Board after our attorney identified flaws in OGNED’s application.
OGNED has not yet indicated when it will be ready to proceed.
OGHOA will let you know when the next meeting concerning the North End Redevelopment is scheduled.
So there you have it! When will the Groaners grow up? If they had a lawyer at the meeting, then how about telling us, the boys and girls of Ocean Grove, who their lawyer is and why he went to the meeting in the first place. And what exactly did he find among the” flaws” in the OGNED application.
And did they find this lawyer among the NJ bar exam rejects? Why didn’t he do his homework before showing up to represent us? And finally, why did the HOA decide now, 16 years late, to come to the Planning Board with their own attorney?
The Groaners have a long history of failure to do the right thing when it comes to the North End, and the flim-flam continues now along with their usual gobbledygook.
