BOB DYLAN;    This song makes me think that if the Neptune Marching Band can field an oboe player, how about a tambourine player as well?

And for you NHS bandsmen, you should know that Bob Dylan  (if you ever heard of him) started his first band (the Golden Chords) when he was a high school freshman in Minnesota.   Little Richard was his roll model.
