We don’t know who owns it now, but there are companies that manage and own such facilities, and you can be sure that a profit will be made.
So who now owns this facility? Seems it has been changing hands every few years since UMH sold it years ago . At one point they (UMH) were going to build a new building there. It is outdated with small rooms and quite costly. Thus not very competitive with newer facilities.
