If the pier receives a tax break because it is a public space for recreation then why doesn’t Neptune assume rules and regs and enforcement? The same for the beach and boardwalk?
Who provides rules, regs and enforcement in public spaces in Shark River? Undoubtedly it is Neptune Township!
