It was a Monday night, early at about 6 pm, so there were few people around. We were returning home after a wonderful dinner at a new Northern Italian restaurant called Dulce Fantasia. It is a gourmet place, but it is comfortable and not at all snooty (521 Cookman Avenue, across from Toast).
We will have more to say about this restaurant soon.
