Bagel Talk is in the West Grove strip mall across Rt. 71 as you leave OG from Main Avenue. Their bagels are very good, and I have switched to them from the “Hot Bagel’ in Oakhurst which has declined, in my opinion, in quality recently.
Also “Hot Bagel” is a mob scene in the summer, and I know one man from Oakhurst who won ‘t go there in the summer. We talked bagels during the Art on our Porch.
I went last Thursday at 7 am, and the Hot Baglers were out of most flavors: unacceptable.
My routine order at Bagel Talk is a dark garlic bagel, scooped, toasted and with extra butter. But if you order it that way, beware of dripping melted butter. An alternate choice for me is their “everything bagel” loaded with generous coatings of everything.

I agree, used to go to Oakhurst but now bagel talk is the best. And right in our neighborhood. We are coming up from Venice Florida and can’t wait to go to our favorite food places.
