CONTACT US: BLOGFINGER@VERIZON.NET to sign up or with questions. Watch the tab at the top of this page. We already have 5 yard sailors. We are aiming for 100. You can sign up through June 16.
Sellers will need a permit from the Mother Ship building department. Tell them you are with the community sale. It should be $5.00.
We have established our Yard Sale page tab on the top of this Blogfinger home page. That is where we will have important information, and we have begun our list of sellers at that location. On June 10, we will begin posting items for sale at each address.
We welcome all yard sailors. This event will be fun.
Bring your friends and relatives, especially Dad because it is Fathers Day that Sunday, and strolling around our beautiful town with our garrulous porch dwellers is a wonderful experience. And our gardens will be in full bloom. You know that that this town yard sale is as much a social event as it is a treasure hunt for bargains. And you can have a sale with many items or just a few.
It is best if you organize some neighbors to be an attractive location for visitors to explore. Dogs are welcome in Ocean Grove. We are a dog town.
We are not a giant tourist event; we are a neighborhood event, and there is a big difference. But we do welcome anyone who shows up. It will be fun to ride around town on bikes or just stroll around our neighborhoods. Visitors from out of town can park wherever if you bring your bikes. You can even turn the table and park in Asbury .
There will be a “Giant Craft Show” that day, sponsored by the omnipresent Camp Meeting Assoc, and their event at the Pathway will attract many people. But our event will be a much different experience. If you are from OG, leave your car parked and plan to visit our sales by foot or bike.
If you are a seller, you will profit from those craft show people who may escape from the crowds and join us at our down-home cozy, sweet happenings. Sellers pick up a flier to put on your house–113 Mt. Hermon Way. A bonus if you help us.

We will post a map of town.
To join, just send us your name, address, and cross street. Use Blogfinger@verizon.net. We will plan on a rain date for the following Sunday, but only a torrential mess will cause us to cancel. We have porches and we can have a sale if the rain is minimal.
Please bring cameras and send us blog-worthy photos.
And we would love it if live musicians want to perform at the sale sites. Or play music. eg Pandora.

Maybe some Texans will show up:
