Ocean Pathway, Ocean Grove.
We recently reported on the sale of the historic Albatross Hotel on Ocean Pathway. But we heard no more about it until now. Zillow says that it is currently “off the market.” The owner had been trying to sell it for some time.
Yesterday we received a report of the re-sale of the hotel. Our information says that the hotel was purchased by an Ocean Grove investor who plans to turn it into a B & B.
At this point, that’s all we have.

The story I heard was the new owner was busy repairing the floors and that an elevator and private bathrooms would be installed.
