Seabrook Village in Tinton Falls has many amenities for seniors, but one thing they lack is an ocean. But when a nice day appears, as this sunny 60 degree January 1, 2023, Helene and Doug enjoy visiting the Grove. I met them as I Ieft the beach after photographing some visitors who were taking a dip in the sea.
We spoke for awhile, and it was evident that Helene and Doug were enjoying their visit to the Grove. They seemed relaxed.
There were quite a few visitors today enjoying a lovely afternoon, but only a few were putting a toe in the surf.
As for those cold water swimmers, maybe they are Finns. Scandinavian scientists say that winter swimming is healthy. I prefer relaxing by the ocean on a warm day, just the way that Helene and Doug are doing. I would not suggest a cold water swim for my heart patients.
I told them that they would appear on Blogfinger since we are collecting photos of visitors who prefer to come to the Grove for reasons other than dopey mega events that bring thousands of tourists to our town.
Helene asked what music I would put with their photo. That is a question which I really appreciate.
