We have a winner….

December 16, 2022 by Blogfinger

Sam Hill   (left)  was the winner of our last “name that Jersey Shore town” contest.  It wasn’t easy.  Sam was the first and only one to identify the Woman’s Club of Red Bank.

Here is OG artist Jack Bredin who presented Sam with his glorious depiction of OG in December at the time of a snow fall.   They are standing on Jack’s (and Jean’s) porch in the Grove where he has painted for the last 23 years.  Photograph by Jean Bredin, Blogfinger staff.

It looks like Stokes moved over a bit for his closeup  in Jack’s depiction of Auditorium Square Park, but that is an artist’s prerogative.

OK Rev–time to go back to your spot on Ocean Pathway.

Blogfinger thanks Jack for his generosity.  Eileen and I  have two of his signed prints in our home in the Grove.  Who will be next to be a winner?
