After a couple of COVID-crazed Halloweens, sparsely attended due to fear, this time we had a large number of Halloweenies stop by our block on Mt. Hermon Way.
The kids were excited and having a great time, as were their parents. Our participants were mostly Hispanic or African-American from Neptune. Asbury, and Neptune City.
Neptune police were patrolling, but they were minimally visible. There was no trouble.

Most trick and treaters came in small family groups.
