Portrait from “The Bear”

July 29, 2022 by Blogfinger

Paul Goldfinger portrait from The Bear.  “Sydney”

The Bear is a fine film with superior writing and photography.  It’s set in Chicago where the owner of an Italian steak sandwich restaurant dies. His brother is a famous chef from California who comes home to take over the family business..

The story is mostly about the cacophonous  workings of this blue collar restaurant kitchen—fascinating.

Season 1 is streaming now on HULU.  We liked it very much.  Season 2 is for the future.

KRIS BOWERS. From the soundtrack of  The Green Book.
