It was hot last Saturday when Ronald Naldi, tenor, performed a recital in the Bishop Janes Tabernacle. You could see that he was hot, and when his pianist was playing some solos, he took the opportunity to step outside for a breath of hot air.
After the concert he put his mask on and enjoyed conversing with family and friends.
Despite Ronald’s fame, he must love to wind down in Tent Village, because as we walked towards the concert, we found him on the porch of his tent placing the final touches on his public persona.
Here we see him in an unguarded moment, captured by Jean Bredin, Blogfinger staff.
We saw him take a few deep breaths before stepping back inside for yet another wonderful song to share with a relatively small but appreciative audience, and he seemed relaxed and enjoying this version of his life. Ron Naldi is a Jersey Boy, so why not find the simple life right here in the Grove?
