Once again Gordon Turk brings us the Summer Stars Music Festival. It begins tonight July 7 with the amazing Imperial Brass. This ensemble of brass players contains fine musicians, and they always bring marvelous music to the Great Auditorium.
“Americans We” will be about “patriotic, Broadway, Tin Pan Alley and American composers.”
You can order tickets on line. ($17.70 for single tickets, but you can also purchase a series ticket or a student price.
Box office is open today from 3-7 pm, and show time is 7:30 pm.
And mark your calendars for Gordon’s “Fanfares and Trumpeting” on August 4 featuring the Philadelphia Brass Ensemble and the Hope-Jones organs 13,000 pipes.
