Definitely not a historic look. Lana’s cottage on Benson Avenue has the Embury Arms for its rear view. Here is a quote from a prior BF post about the EA condos.
“It was built in the 1980’s. Old OG newspaper reports say that the CMA approved the project in 1978, and then the ground breaking ceremony was held in 1980. Those news reports never mention approvals by Neptune Twp. nor do they mention any concerns about historic preservation.”
