Wegmans Dec. 5, 2021. This beauty is about 2 1/2 feet long.
You can buy whole fish at Wegmans. If you bought this incredible fresh fish, they would clean it and turn it into steaks or fillets. It would be about $8.00 per pound. It is such a beautiful fish that it almost seems wrong to catch it. But its life expectancy is naturally only about 5 years, and it has many natural predators.
And among those predators are those who love bagels and lox (smoked salmon.)

And Temp Tee whipped cream cheese is the only way to go in my opinion, but it is in short supply right now, so stock up when you see it!
