Roseann is visiting from Nashville, Tennessee. She is here for a family reunion. I met her on Sunday morning near Stokes statue contemplating the Great Auditorium and the tents. Her infectious smile and her summer ensemble caused me to offer her a featured post on Blogfinger.net. She readily agreed.
We tried her with and without her sun glasses. I made that choice after collaborating with Eileen. We have some portraits, but the entire outfit needed to be shown for our theme of “Girls in their Summer Clothes.”
Her husband went fishing, but due to her sea sickness, she chose to take a walking tour of the Grove. I gave her some suggestions including dropping in on the 10:30 service to hear the speaker and to experience the Hope-Jones organ. Also she wants to take pictures in Tent Village and of some of our Victorian houses.
And we got to try out Eileen’s new digital camera. We hope she will do more photography for Blogfinger.net
ROGER MILLER was a “honky tonk” country star. His biggest hit was King of the Road. This song is called “South.”
