The damage to 3 homes on Lawrence Ave was mostly in the rear. I approached through the lot behind the Arts Center. The house in the middle, #94 Lawrence appeared to sustain the most damage.
Curiously, there was no fencing yet or even any yellow caution tape. Hopefully the owners have a lawyer. These are lessons learned from the Warrington Hotel fire.
No one was there when I went over about 24 hours after the fire.
We have no information as to how the fire began, if anyone was home or other details. I called the OG Fire Marshall but so far no call back.
The HOA must pursue everything about this fire. And the APP let us down as well. We residents must know what happened.
