Paris has a tradition of romance and jazz. If you can park your boat on the banks of Isle de la Cite,  you can light some candles and relax on the deck at night . While watching the lights of Paris, open a bottle of Champagne and turn on Dizzy Gillespie and Charlie Parker  playing Jerome Kern’s  “All the Things You Are.”  After that, anything goes…
