The owners of this historic single family home have found ways to make this home work in a beach resort town. In the past they have rented it for weddings, reunions, etc. How about a fund raiser for Kevin McMillan?
So anyone who says that spacious homes at the beach cannot find an owner has not tried hard enough. But a similarly large building in the Grove, ie the Aurora, has been given permission to turn it into a 4 condominium development.
Neptune Township has a long history of permitting all sorts of travesties in the “historic” Grove.
Maybe Lulu will be back in town and rent this place. I gotta get myself a boutinaire for her party out on that big lawn.

Always thought porch would make a great lunch restaurant for beach-goers.
Plastic seats, of course, for individual wipedowns.
